The purpose of the role is to:
Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure retention, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Support the growth of CHEP’s business by identifying new business opportunities within assigned sectors and regions.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and solution-driven strategies.
** YOUR MISSION ** – WHAT WILL YOU DO? ** :
Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring alignment with CHEP’s business strategy and delivering on revenue growth and satisfaction targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategic account plans, with a focus on growth opportunities and cost-efficiency improvements.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms meet customer needs while supporting business objectives.
Conduct customer business reviews, addressing customer concerns and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Monitor and report on account performance, including customer satisfaction metrics, and develop plans to address areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to drive collaboration and enhance supply chain efficiency.
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.
Lead customer retention initiatives, working with customers to provide solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ** :
Drive strategic growth by developing and executing business development plans that expand CHEP’s market presence and deliver revenue targets.
Lead active sales initiatives, including direct customer engagement, solution selling, and closing deals to accelerate growth.
Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging relationships to maintain a strong, qualified pipeline.
Manage and strengthen customer partnerships via negotiations, contract management, and delivering long-term value for sustainable success.
Design and implement tailored solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and enhance CHEP’s value proposition.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies, identify opportunities, and strengthen CHEP’s competitive positioning.
Prepare and present accurate reports and forecasts, and lead the creation of joint business plans with internal teams and customers to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Represent CHEP externally at industry conferences and events, promoting brand recognition and building relationships with FMCG leaders.
Fluency in Estonian and English language
