ACCOUNTING TECHNOLOGY TRAINER-Latam

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an Accounting Technology Trainer to design and deliver trainings focused on the adoption of accounting software and reporting tools, including AI-powered features. Unlike the CPA Instructor role (focused on technical/regulatory content), this position is oriented toward the practical technology adoption of users and clients: how to use the platforms, get the most out of them, and troubleshoot functional questions.

●        Design and deliver trainings on accounting software and reporting tools for users and clients.

●        Explain and demonstrate the practical use of AI-powered features within accounting and reporting platforms.

●        Create training materials (guides, tutorials, recordings, presentations) for different user levels.

●        Provide post-training functional support to users and clients on tool usage.

●        Gather user feedback to identify additional training needs and improve existing content.

●        Coordinate with product, support, and training teams to stay current on new features and platform updates.

Requirements

●        Professional with solid experience in accounting technology and software.

●        Practical knowledge of AI and reporting tools applied to accounting.

●        Experience developing and delivering trainings to users or clients (a CPA license is not required).

●        Excellent communication and presentation skills.

●        Experience with platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Wolters Kluwer, Thomson Reuters, Intuit, IRIS, or similar.

●        Prior experience in technical support, customer success, or software implementation.

●        Professional English (preferred, given the target audience is primarily US-based).

●        Familiarity with e-learning tools and training content/video production.
