Responsibilities: • Stay up to date with industry standards, current rates, coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers by regularly speaking with our industry partners so you can help clients • Engage with warm leads provided by our team and conduct telesales to promote mortgage protection coverage • Provide outstanding customer service to clients to create long-lasting relationships • Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention • Manage client accounts and sales pipelines, tracking progress and meeting sales targets Qualifications: • No prior industry experience required; comprehensive training will be provided • A background in sales or customer service is preferred • This position operates on a 100% commission-based model. • A strong commitment to transparency, integrity, and diversity • Ability to work independently and effectively manage your time and schedule • Active insurance license in your state or willing to get licensed. • Candidates should be very strong communicators and problem solvers, and have great follow-up skills Compensation: $90,000+
