Job Description:
Drive growth at the intersection of cold chain technology, compliance, and customer success. As an Account Executive with Copeland Cold Chain - Monitoring Solutions, you'll lead the expansion of our fixed monitoring solutions business across Industrial and Retail Pharmacy markets, building new strategic accounts and distribution partnerships while leveraging the strength of the Copeland brand. Representing industry-leading solutions from Cooper Atkins, TempTrak, and Dickson, you'll help customers protect critical products, maintain compliance, and gain confidence through reliable temperature monitoring. Industrial markets may include food processing, manufacturing, aerospace, and other markets where temperature monitoring is required.

Remote Work Arrangement:
This role is fully remote. As a remote colleague, you may be required to travel to a Copeland site regularly to collaborate with your team or customers as needed. Copeland is committed to fostering a productive and connected culture, so you will have the opportunity to work with your team and leader to understand your team operating principles to collaborate effectively.
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The pay range for this role is $125,000-$140,000 annually which includes bonus incentives, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
