For over two decades, we've helped IT teams eliminate manual contact list maintenance and keep employees connected across Outlook, iOS, and Android. We sell into construction, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and MSPs, and we're growing fast. 

About the Role 

This is a hunter's seat. We're looking for an Account Executive who goes and gets it, someone who treats pipeline as a personal responsibility, not something that shows up in the inbox. You'll own the full cycle from first conversation to signature: prospect alongside our SDR team, run sharp technical demos, create urgency where there wasn't any, and close net-new mid-market and enterprise business. This is a full‑time, remote role covering both US time zones. This posting is for a current job opening.

What You'll Do 

• Hunt your own pipeline. SDRs feed you qualified meetings, but the number is yours, and
  you'll self-source into target accounts, work your network, and never wait on someone else's dials to make quota. 

• Run discovery that finds the pain and product demos that make IT leaders want to move now, not next quarter. 

• Multithread hard: get to the systems Admin who feels the problem and the executive who signs and build consensus between them. 

• Manufacture urgency with a real business case: cost of manual directory work, risk of stale contact data, timeline pressure the buyer already owns. 

• Own every deal in Salesforce from Qualified to Closed Won, with clean notes, honest forecasts, and next steps always booked. 

• Negotiate and close. Hold price, protect margin, and get signature without letting deals drift into no-decision. 

• Work the loss list. Chase back closed-lost and stalled opportunities instead of writing them off. 

• Partner with SDRs, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success so handoffs and onboarding land clean. 

• Beat monthly and quarterly ARR quota consistently, not occasionally. 

What We're Looking For 

• 2+ years closing full-cycle SaaS or technical deals, carrying a real quota and hitting it. 

• Proof you can hunt self-sourced pipeline, cold outbound that turned into revenue, accounts you broke into without help. 

• Competitive edge and short memory. You want the leaderboard, and a lost deal makes you dial faster, not slower. 

• Credibility with IT: comfortable selling to Systems Admins and IT Managers, and fluent enough in Microsoft 365 and Outlook workflows to hold a technical conversation. 

• Discovery skills that go past surface pain, you ask hard questions and listen to the answers. 

• A track record of driving multi-stakeholder cycles from first call to signature without losing momentum. 

• Comfort with objections, silence, and pricing pressure. You ask for the business. 

• Disciplined CRM hygiene in Salesforce or equivalent and forecasts your manager can trust. 

• Self-directed in a remote, fast-moving environment, you set your own activity bar higher than anyone would set it for you.
