Altruix is seeking an experienced 340B Sales Director - Business Development that will be responsible for driving strategic growth for by building relationships with 340B Covered Entities and healthcare organizations and promoting the adoption of our specialized behavioral health pharmacy services. You'll spend your time in the field — meeting face-to-face with Hospital Systems, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Federally Qualified Health Center – Look Alikes, Rural Health Centers, STD Clinics, and other established Covered Entity organizations — to expand Altruix's 340B Pharmacy footprint one relationship at a time and ensure more individuals have access to the medication support they need.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Growth & Relationship Development:

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with 340B covered entities and healthcare organizations to establish new pharmacy partnerships and expand market presence
• Develop and execute strategies to grow 340B pharmacy relationships, increase prescription volume, and identify opportunities to expand services across existing and prospective partners
• Serve as a trusted partner to 340B organizations, working closely with healthcare leaders and internal teams to understand needs, deliver value, and create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
• Attend national and regional 340B conferences and actively participate in state and local 340B organizations to build relationships, stay informed on industry trends, and understand the evolving needs of 340B partners
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prescribers and clinic staff through regular in-person visits
  

Account Implementation & Support:

• Serve as the liaison between Altruix and provider offices throughout the onboarding process
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from initial sale to ongoing account support
• Monitor volume monthly for provider office, engaging when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 2+ years of business development or sales experience
• Solid presentation and selling skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare providers
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• This is a multi-state territory that will require travel

• Experience in specialty pharmacy
• Experience in the 340B industry
• Experience selling into the behavioral health or SUD markets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as HubSpot
• Demonstrated ability to establish and sustain long-term provider relationships
