This role involves leading the discovery, strategy, and delivery of AI-native capabilities across the MIE and Enterprise Health product portfolio to enhance workflows and decision support. The manager will act as a cross-product capability leader, ensuring AI is embedded thoughtfully, responsibly, and effectively across the platform.

The CISO is responsible for establishing and leading the organization's information security program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems. This includes overseeing risk management, compliance, incident response, and security operations while collaborating with various teams and external parties.

Design and develop standardized APIs and scalable services for the occupational health platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality code and maintain BlueHive’s API-first architecture.
