Own the roadmap and strategy for the Weaviate Database, prioritizing features across engineering teams to meet customer needs. Drive product direction for core database capabilities and translate research outcomes into shippable features for developer adoption.

Contribute to the development of vector and hybrid search, RAG, and recommendation systems within an AI-native vector database. Work on low-level core components including storage engines, vector indexes, and network communication.

Create technical social media content and visual aids to explain complex AI concepts. Develop example projects and contribute to Weaviate Recipes and Cookbooks to grow the developer community.

This role involves managing Weaviate's social media channels across platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter, creating engaging written and visual content tailored for a developer audience, and structuring social media planning and calendars. The manager will also track metrics, engage with the community, and collaborate with growth and product teams on online campaigns.
