Manage technical support cases end-to-end by reproducing and isolating faults across applications, networks, and integrations. Monitor system health and contribute to root-cause documentation and runbooks to prevent recurring issues.
Develop and maintain scalable APIs and interfaces to connect the voize AI companion with senior care and hospital software platforms. Take end-to-end ownership of integration design, data modeling, and implementation to improve documentation for caregivers.
