Own and execute organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to drive reach and pipeline. Manage the end-to-end operations of the Creator Program, including submissions, payouts, and creator relations.
Lead and grow the Viktor community across Slack, Reddit, and review platforms to drive user retention and growth. Act as the primary bridge between the community and the product, engineering, and support teams to ensure user feedback informs the product roadmap.
You will own the activation, retention, and monetization strategies across the entire user journey by running a weekly experiment loop. You will work directly with founders and engineering to instrument funnels, analyze data, and ship product-led growth features.
