The Principal Propulsion Engineer will design, analyze, and develop propulsion hardware and fluid systems from concept through to flight maturity. This role involves generating CAD models, executing test plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet engine system requirements.

Manage the full lifecycle of commercial and government-facing contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements like NDAs and subcontracts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and align contract terms with operational realities.
