The Operations Associate will support the COO and Head of Ops in driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional projects, and coordinating team processes. Responsibilities include event logistics, fundraising support, vendor onboarding, and maintaining company-wide operational workflows.

The Fundraising Operations Specialist will manage the operational backbone of VC fundraising, including investor pipeline tracking and meeting coordination. They will also serve as the primary bridge between the fundraising and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and due diligence support.

The Grants Manager will identify funding opportunities, lead the end-to-end development and submission of grant applications, and manage compliance and reporting for awarded grants. They will work closely with leadership to align R&D activities with funding strategies and maintain relationships with funding bodies.

Develop and maintain the company's visual identity across marketing channels, including websites, social media, and sales presentations. Create brand style guides and ensure visual consistency between marketing assets and the digital product experience.

Manage the full recruitment life cycle for diverse roles including engineering, marketing, and design. Partner with hiring managers to execute sourcing strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience using AI-powered tools.
