You will own the technical relationship with key customers, designing and implementing custom workflows that integrate with their existing CI/CD and infrastructure. You will also drive the market feedback loop to influence the product roadmap and create reusable reference architectures for future deployments.

The Technical Project Manager will act as the operational bridge between engineering teams and enterprise partners, translating requests into actionable technical initiatives. They will track project milestones, manage cross-team dependencies, and protect SRE engineers from routine meeting overhead.

The Customer Retention Manager will manage a high-volume renewal pipeline and proactively build relationships to ensure customer health and retention. They will also design and implement scalable retention workflows, leveraging automation and data to identify risks and drive expansion opportunities.

You will design and build data models to turn raw data into actionable metrics while providing technical leadership for data projects. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally to define business metrics and improve data architecture using modern cloud tools.
