Responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving unpaid insurance and patient account balances. This includes managing claims reconsiderations, appeals, and collaborating with billing and intake teams to resolve payor issues.

Develop and maintain customer relationships by marketing TwelveStone's suite of chronic care and rare disease therapy services to specialty physicians and clinics. Generate sales through pipeline development, qualifying prospects, and executing business plans to achieve KPIs.
