You will shape the core user experience across iOS, Android, and web by owning the end-to-end design process for key member journeys. This involves conducting user research, defining product problems, and collaborating with cross-functional squads to deliver impactful, AI-enhanced design solutions.
The Agile Coach will embed effective product-centric practices within squads to improve the full product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery. They will act as a catalyst for change, coaching teams on outcomes over output and facilitating cross-squad collaboration.
