The Client Services Liaison supports the operational needs of the Client Services team by maintaining accurate facility profiles and system data. They are also responsible for coordinating documentation, preparing reports for Quarterly Business Reviews, and assisting with client-facing materials.

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals to staff Life Sciences projects. This includes networking with active and passive candidates and acting as a liaison between client facilities and new hires.

Provide operational support to clients and managers by qualifying placement opportunities and managing the onboarding process. Maintain relationships with healthcare supplier partners and generate performance reports to ensure service quality.

You will prospect and build relationships with healthcare professionals to match them with travel assignments. Additionally, you will manage a candidate pipeline, negotiate offers, and consistently hit sales performance metrics.
