The Principal CSM will own the end-to-end relationship for a strategically critical health/pharma account, managing senior stakeholders and complex deliverables. They will independently produce strategic roadmaps, communications plans, and program timelines while partnering with executive leadership to drive renewal and expansion.

The Wellbeing Coordinator leads regional strategy and operations for wellbeing programming, ensuring alignment with global goals and Microsoft's priorities. They manage end-to-end program delivery, including stakeholder discovery, event logistics, and impact reporting.

Create science-backed health and wellbeing content across various formats including articles, video scripts, and webinars. Partner with cross-functional teams to pitch new ideas and support new-business efforts with rigorous editorial standards.

Own and evolve the enterprise platform end-to-end, focusing on both sustaining engineering and new feature development for B2B customers. Independently scope and deliver medium-to-large projects while partnering with product stakeholders to translate requirements into technical plans.

Lead the content team in developing science-backed health and wellbeing content while owning the editorial vision and roadmap. Act as a player-coach by both managing the team and producing high-impact content across various formats.

Manage a portfolio of customers through the entire lifecycle to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and retention of technology solutions. Leverage AI tools to scale executive communications, synthesize data for QBRs, and drive account expansion and renewals.
