Manage the Yale University account and grow sales of laboratory supplies, equipment, chemicals, and safety products through customer meetings, lead generation, product recommendations, demonstrations, and bid management. Prepare quotes, contracts, reports, business plans, and quarterly presentations; maintain customer and sales records in the ERP system and resolve delivery issues.
