The Heavy Haul Logistics Lead manages the end-to-end transportation lifecycle of heavy equipment from manufacturing sites to customer delivery. This role is responsible for carrier sourcing, permit management, rigging verification, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external logistics partners.

Lead the creation and optimization of technical documentation, including IOM manuals and Sequence of Operations for thermal management systems. Translate complex thermodynamic designs into accurate support documents and manage project deliverables through cross-functional collaboration.

The Business Manager will oversee supplier onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. They will also lead budgeting processes, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency improvements.

Lead global accounting operations and financial reporting while strengthening internal controls and compliance across multiple regions. Drive the implementation of a new enterprise-wide financial ERP system and partner with executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives.

This role is responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of all preventive maintenance (PM) programs for ThermalWorks equipment in the U.S., owning PM contract delivery, field execution quality, and long-term equipment reliability. Key duties include leading PM teams, enforcing quality standards, managing PM KPIs, and coordinating warranty support when deficiencies are found during maintenance.
