Coordinate project timelines, scheduling, and logistics for equipment startups and integrated system testing across multiple projects. Oversee and execute flush and fill procedures while ensuring seamless handoffs from mechanical installation to commissioning.

Oversee spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and predictive analytics to support startup, commissioning, and warranty periods. Lead the Spare Parts Department and provide expert guidance to customers on maintaining on-site inventory.

Lead and scale the people function for ThermalWorks, serving as a strategic partner to leadership to align HR practices with business growth. Oversee all HR aspects including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.

Key responsibilities include serving as the front line of technical service by responding to alarms, validating system status, capturing event data, and executing approved stabilization steps. This role is responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of all preventive maintenance (PM) programs for ThermalWorks equipment in the U.S., owning PM contract delivery, field execution quality, and long-term equipment reliability. Key duties include leading PM teams, enforcing quality standards, managing PM KPIs, and coordinating warranty support when deficiencies are found during maintenance.
