The Payroll Operations Lead is responsible for processing and auditing weekly and biweekly payrolls while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role also involves managing payroll systems, performing reconciliations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues.

The Project Manager will oversee multiple NEPA, cultural, and natural resources projects, managing schedules, budgets, and client relationships from proposal through closeout. They will also coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure contractual requirements and quality deliverables are met.
