Lead the company's technical accounting and SEC reporting functions, including the preparation of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and S-1 filings. Drive IPO readiness and establish scalable financial processes and internal controls while managing external auditor relationships.

Develop and lead the commercialization strategy, portfolio narratives, and scalable enablement programs to accelerate growth across the Swoop portfolio. Act as the strategic bridge between Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to ensure effective positioning and adoption of solutions.

Collaborate with Product and Development teams to build and manage social networks for people with chronic health conditions. Act as a full stack developer and manage the production AWS environment using an agile, test-driven approach.
