The Leadership Development Coordinator will facilitate remote training sessions for call center leaders and manage self-paced learning modules within the company's LMS. They are also responsible for conducting post-training audits and collaborating with stakeholders to align development initiatives with business goals.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core. Collaborate on microservices architecture, participate in code reviews, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality software delivery.
