Manage a portfolio of customer accounts by processing orders and acting as a liaison between sales, supply chain, and logistics. Proactively resolve customer issues and monitor shipments to ensure exceptional service levels.

The Sales Coordinator supports Sales Representatives by managing account portfolios, coordinating order fulfillment, and resolving customer service issues. They act as a primary liaison between customers and functional areas to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account growth.

Lead and deliver consultancy projects across packaging, sustainability, and technology areas while maintaining strong client relationships. Facilitate workshops, produce high-quality strategy documents, and collaborate with internal teams to support business development.
