Own the end-to-end sales cycle and customer lifecycle for the ANZ region, from sourcing and closing professional property managers to onboarding and retention. Act as the primary regional representative, managing partners and providing market feedback to the product team.

Own the end-to-end onboarding process for European customers, from contract to go-live, including configuration and training. Partner with the Customer Success & Solutions Lead to build and iterate on onboarding playbooks and documentation using AI-assisted tools.

The specialist will lead structured onboarding for new customers over several video calls, guiding them to become confident users of the SuiteOp platform. In between onboarding projects, they will handle general customer success ticket resolution across the entire customer base.
