You will build the controlling department from scratch, establishing KPIs and data-driven steering processes. Your role involves managing liquidity, supply chain costs, and providing financial insights directly to the management team.

You will act as a strategic business partner to management, translating complex financial and KPI data into actionable growth and profitability insights. Your role involves close collaboration with data scientists, sales, and marketing to drive SaaS-specific metrics and optimize financial processes.

The role focuses on managing commercial transactions, including credit notes and invoice corrections, while ensuring data quality within the IT system. Additionally, the manager coordinates end-to-end returns and handles supplier communications and claims processing.

You will be responsible for structuring the entire marketing setup with a focus on scalable performance and developing a holistic marketing strategy across all channels. Additionally, you will build and lead a performance team while driving international expansion efforts in the DACH region and the USA.
