This includes processing refills according to protocols, assisting with prior authorizations, and providing medication guidance to patients and health care teams.

The Technical Denials Specialist analyzes, resolves, monitors, and reports non-clinical denials, following up on escalated issues through a work queue to ensure root cause resolution and reduction of denials. This role involves performing extensive follow-up, completing appeals, and interfacing with internal and external staff to manage payment variance issues.
