The BCBA is responsible for the assessment, design, and monitoring of behavior plans and providing direct behavioral treatment to clients. They also train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology and participate in interdisciplinary teams and committees.

The social worker conducts ongoing patient assessments and coordinates home, work, or community-based visits to monitor progress. They also ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans and maintain detailed clinical records.
