The Maintenance Coordinator will manage maintenance requests, dispatch technicians, and schedule repairs for residential properties. They are responsible for maintaining accurate records in the CRM and ensuring all work orders are tracked and completed in a timely manner.

Manage the CEO's daily logistics, including calendar, travel, and follow-through to remove friction from his workflow. Act as a strategic partner by anticipating needs, maintaining checklists, and turning vague directions into finished results.

Support the Senior Development Lead by coordinating day-to-day project activities and maintaining master schedules. Responsibilities include tracking action items, managing document repositories, and preparing status summaries for leadership.
