The consultant will analyze customer needs to design and implement Sestek's Conversational Agentic AI solutions. They will also provide ongoing consultancy, training, and support to ensure high product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Partner with sales and product teams to conduct technical demonstrations and lead customer discovery sessions for conversational automation solutions. Manage Proofs of Concept, design technical solutions, and act as a liaison between customers and internal professional services teams.
Develop, train, and test Arabic TTS models while contributing to model training pipelines and technical improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice and text modules into company products and provide ongoing technical support to clients.
