You will lead a team of data engineers to build and maintain the infrastructure and pipelines that power credit decisioning, risk, and analytics. You will also be responsible for architecture design, modernization roadmaps, and mentoring team members while remaining hands-on with technical tasks.

You will design, build, and maintain Python services that integrate core platforms like CRM and payments with downstream systems. Additionally, you will diagnose and resolve production performance issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability.

Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python, Flask, and FastAPI while ensuring system scalability and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Frontend Engineering to ship user-focused improvements.

Deploy, monitor, and maintain production environments to ensure platform stability and system health. Collaborate with developers to drive operational improvements and manage the SDLC platform for web and mobile services.

Lead the design and implementation of data pipelines, schemas, and models to support business intelligence and analytics. Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship while collaborating cross-functionally to drive product improvements.
