The Payroll Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax compliance and benefit reconciliation. They will also manage payroll-related financial tasks, generate reports, and act as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries.

Deploy, monitor, and maintain production environments to ensure platform stability and system health. Collaborate with developers to drive operational improvements and manage the SDLC platform for web and mobile services.

Lead the design and implementation of data pipelines, schemas, and models to support business intelligence and analytics. Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship while collaborating cross-functionally to drive product improvements.
