The Project Controls Manager develops and oversees processes to ensure capital projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This includes managing schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and providing performance reporting to senior management.

The Project Director is responsible for planning and executing industrial capital projects from design through to commercial operations. This includes managing safety, quality, schedules, and costs while leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Design and lead an enterprise supply chain function to support the company's growth and scale its design-build-own-operate-maintain model. Establish governance, standardize procure-to-pay processes, and manage strategic sourcing and supplier relationships.

Lead the development of electrical systems for medium-sized industrial plants through all design and construction phases, focusing primarily on power distribution. Oversee the specification, procurement, and installation of electrical equipment while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across disciplines.
