Design and lead an enterprise supply chain function to support the company's growth and scale its design-build-own-operate-maintain model. Establish governance, standardize procure-to-pay processes, and manage strategic sourcing and supplier relationships.

Lead the development of electrical systems for medium-sized industrial plants through all design and construction phases, focusing primarily on power distribution. Oversee the specification, procurement, and installation of electrical equipment while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across disciplines.
