Design, deploy, and operate production Kubernetes clusters across cloud and on-premises environments to support critical health data systems. Implement GitOps-driven delivery, observability frameworks, and SRE practices to ensure high reliability and scalability.

The Business Analyst owns the requirements lifecycle and analytical work, from discovery and backlog management to UAT and value tracking. They act as a strategic partner to the Product Owner and manage complex stakeholder relationships to ensure successful solution delivery.
