The role involves providing technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve operational and implementation issues for RIB products. Responsibilities include documenting technical issues, reproducing errors in test systems, and escalating complex problems to appropriate teams.

Serve as the primary contact point for customers regarding the RIB iTWO software solution, advising on configuration, application, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities also include qualifying, recording, and finding individual solutions for customer inquiries, conducting program tests, and performing remote maintenance.

Lead digital transformation projects by guiding medium-sized companies and corporations through the optimization and introduction of digital processes using RIB iTWO/RIB 4.0, managing projects end-to-end from process recording to go-live. Analyze existing construction economic processes, develop optimized digital target processes, implement them in the software, and ensure knowledge transfer through hands-on consulting, training, and coaching.
