The role involves reviewing, negotiating, and redlining commercial agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs to support business growth. You will also advise on data privacy compliance and create reusable contract templates to streamline legal workflows.

Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and GTM roles. Drive candidate engagement from initial screen through to the offer stage while maintaining a high hiring bar.

You will own the end-to-end organic growth strategy, including defining search and AI discovery channel tactics. You will also build scalable growth systems, manage content pillars, and partner with product teams to embed SEO into user workflows.
