You will manage and scale cloud infrastructure across GCP and AWS while leading the development of CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering teams to automate security controls and support infrastructure for blockchain-based financial products.
You will own the architecture of Rain's wallet infrastructure, designing secure and scalable systems for custody, key management, and transaction signing. You will also define technical direction for wallet security, including policy engines, secrets management, and account recovery.
Lead the legal execution of M&A, divestitures, and strategic investments from initial letter of intent through closing and integration. Provide strategic legal guidance on corporate structuring, international expansion, and general corporate governance for a fintech platform.
