Provides HR support for employee relations, including the interpretation of organizational policies and federal/state regulations. Coordinates processes such as corrective actions, investigations, and separations to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

The role involves writing and coordinating funding proposals and researching new funding opportunities. It also requires monitoring grant compliance and analyzing health data for Behavioral Health and Primary Care services.

The therapist will provide direct mental health services, including assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention. This role supports students from elementary through high school in a collaborative school environment.
