Build and manage the company's operational infrastructure from scratch to coordinate work across product, design, and engineering teams. This includes managing workload visibility, operational rhythms, staffing coordination, and vendor logistics.

The engineer will architect and build features across the entire stack, focusing on massive scale and complexity, while integrating with legacy bank infrastructure and third-party compliance providers. Responsibilities also include solving complex technical challenges related to multi-tenancy, real-time data processing, and owning system reliability for millions of applications.

The Associate will configure and customize banking workflows using a no-code platform, including account opening, onboarding, and lending applications, while leading client calls and managing concurrent implementations.
