The Junior Accounts Payable Accountant will support daily financial operations, including invoice coding, vendor inquiries, and payment processing. They will work closely with the AP team to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with reporting deadlines.

The Junior Accounts Payable Accountant will manage invoice coding, vendor inquiries, and payment operations to ensure accurate financial records. They will also assist with utility management and annual 1099 tax preparation while supporting the broader AP team.

Manage all financial transactions, including bank reconciliations, month-end close, and fixed asset accounting. Produce monthly financial reports and support annual audits and tax processes to ensure accountability.
