The Senior Client Success Manager will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients to drive program adoption, retention, and expansion. They will act as a consultant to stakeholders, leveraging data and Pelago's AI-enabled care model to optimize client outcomes and secure renewals.
Provide comprehensive virtual substance use disorder care, including assessments, diagnosis, and medication management. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based treatment and maintain accurate clinical documentation within an AI-native EHR.
Provide remote counseling to members via text, video, and phone to monitor progress and offer therapeutic strategies for addiction recovery. Conduct multidimensional assessments and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams while utilizing AI-native EHR tools for documentation and clinical guidance.
The counselor will conduct clinical intakes, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based CBT and Motivational Interviewing via telehealth. They will also monitor member outcomes, maintain clinical documentation, and coordinate care for co-occurring conditions.
The Care Specialist serves as the primary clinical point of contact, conducting intake assessments and welcome calls to onboard members into the Pelago care model. They also maintain a small ongoing caseload, providing individual counseling and supporting clinical operations as needed.
