Responsible for advertising volunteer roles, managing candidates, and conducting interviews. The role involves scheduling interviews and ensuring new volunteers fit the rescue's culture and expectations.

Guide new volunteers through the onboarding process by providing access to documents, training, and communication platforms. Act as the primary point of contact to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

The volunteer will conduct 30-minute phone interviews to assess candidate suitability for various roles within the rescue organization. They are responsible for maintaining detailed interview notes, providing recommendations, and coordinating with team leads for timely role placement.
