Provide technical guidance to national regulatory authorities to strengthen regulatory frameworks for medicines and health technologies. Support the implementation of the WHO Global Benchmarking Tool and facilitate the development of Institutional Development Plans.

The consultant will support cybersecurity operations by performing security monitoring, alert triage, and incident response across cloud and infrastructure environments. They will also manage vulnerability analysis and coordinate remediation efforts with various technical teams and external providers.

The consultant will design and implement technical security controls across cloud, AI, and mobile environments to strengthen PAHO's cybersecurity posture. Key duties include performing security assessments of applications and AI services, managing cloud security posture, and developing incident response playbooks.

Interns will be assigned projects based on their skills and will assist in various tasks such as literature reviews, data collection, and drafting policy documents. They will work under the supervision of a technical expert in their respective area.
