Open Home Foundation

You will design and build the AI foundation for Home Assistant, including conversation APIs, LLM integrations, and agentic tool layers. Additionally, you will collaborate with the open-source community to review contributions and maintain high coding standards across the platform.

The Development Manager will own the foundation's fundraising strategy, including grant applications, corporate sponsorships, and individual giving. They will also manage donor relationships and fundraising systems to ensure the long-term sustainability of the foundation's open-source projects.
