The Fundraising Manager will develop and execute the foundation's strategy for grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual giving. This includes identifying prospects, managing donor relationships, and securing resources to keep open-source projects sustainable.

Own and build the foundation's legal function, focusing on intellectual property, open-source licensing, and trademark protection. Manage commercial agreements, Swiss foundation governance, and the organization's defense against legal claims.
