The Business Development Manager will lead and expand the distributor network across Europe and MENA to drive clinical adoption and revenue growth for neurorehabilitation technology. This role involves providing in-depth product training, developing joint business plans, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful market execution.

The specialist will act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic support for US clinics and home users. Key duties include managing inbound requests, coordinating with internal teams, documenting complaints, supporting onboarding, and providing basic technical assistance for company products.
