The Director is responsible for managing multiple teams of professionals to meet company goals, including monitoring productivity and resolving service issues. They will also develop team leaders, manage budgets, and stay current with industry regulations and technology trends.

The Account Manager will maintain client and advisor relationships while managing a caseload of PEP and 402(a) solution clients. They are responsible for consulting on plan design and operations while collaborating with internal departments to ensure a high-quality client experience.

The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of 6-8 professionals to meet performance metrics, ensure client satisfaction, and provide training and feedback. They also maintain a caseload of 50 clients, provide consulting services, and champion company values and policies.

The role involves maintaining strong client and advisor relationships with a high retention rate while managing a caseload of more complex 401(k) plans. Responsibilities also include performing escalated work product reviews for team members and exemplifying superior client service through consultation on plan operation and design.

The Implementation Specialist will provide excellent client/advisor experience during the implementation phase of their plan and act as a liaison between clients, advisors, and platform providers. They will also coordinate the collection of necessary data and assist clients with plan provision inquiries.
