The Business Intelligence Manager will lead the development of an integrated data infrastructure to improve performance, inform decision-making, and strengthen operations within the Consulting department. They will partner with leadership to ensure data integrity, analyze trends, and manage key consulting projects and initiatives.
The Initiative Support Associate will coordinate project logistics, maintain project plans, and support operational effectiveness within the Consulting Department. They will also conduct research, analyze client data, and assist in the development of high-quality client deliverables.

Drive lending activity in New Jersey by cultivating client relationships and managing a pipeline of new loan opportunities. Oversee the BEACoN NJ program and develop tactical annual plans to expand NFF's lending services and community impact.
