The Business Intelligence Manager will lead the development of an integrated data infrastructure to improve performance, inform decision-making, and strengthen operations within the Consulting department. They will partner with leadership to ensure data integrity, analyze trends, and manage key consulting projects and initiatives.
The Initiative Support Associate will coordinate project logistics, maintain project plans, and support operational effectiveness within the Consulting Department. They will also conduct research, analyze client data, and assist in the development of high-quality client deliverables.
The Staff Accountant manages accounts payable, transaction processing, and recurring journal entries to ensure financial accuracy. They are also responsible for balance sheet reconciliations and supporting the monthly and year-end close processes.
Leads key accounting work streams focusing on grant accounting, compliance, and New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) support. Partners with program and lending teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and stewardship of restricted funds.
