Conduct and oversee statistical analyses, data processing, psychometric and assessment research activities, and the development and maintenance of programs and databases. Coordinate complex testing and research workflows, ensure the quality and interpretation of statistical outputs, support staff and partners, and improve processes and reporting.
Lead requirements definition and backlog prioritization for the Waypoint Author application, partnering with product owners, customers, and cross-functional teams to guide solutions through development and production. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support testing and user acceptance, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure successful implementations and customer adoption.
