Acts as the primary point of contact for expectant mothers, coordinating care logistics and scheduling visits. Provides non-clinical support by connecting families with community resources and managing member engagement.

The associate is responsible for making outreach calls to potential members to explain Nadia Care's services and identify their needs. They will handle member registration, schedule initial appointments, and maintain up-to-date member databases.

Lead member discovery research by conducting interviews and synthesizing findings to develop member personas. Identify friction points and retention signals to inform product strategies and care team interventions.

Drive new business growth within Medicaid markets by leveraging an established network of MCOs and state health plans. Build the foundational sales infrastructure, manage contract negotiations, and serve as the internal expert on Medicaid policy and regulatory environments.
