The Program Manager will serve as the Prime Contractor Lead for a large-scale Federal Payroll Modernization program, ensuring contractual commitments are met by partners. They are responsible for executive-level leadership, program governance, financial oversight, and maintaining strong relationships with USDA stakeholders.
