The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of fire departments to drive revenue and maintain donor loyalty through the Fill the Boot program. They will utilize Salesforce to monitor KPIs, develop strategic plans, and present innovative solutions to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual fundraising goals.

Manage a team of Account Directors to drive strategy and execution for corporate partnership development and account management. Focus on achieving revenue targets of $3M+ through the pursuit of new partners and the cultivation of high-priority corporate relations.

Lead the evolution of technology and data capabilities to support MDA's mission across fundraising, research, and patient services. This role focuses on improving system usability, reducing manual processes, and managing the overall technology roadmap and budget.
