Own the acquisition engine and paid P&L across markets and channels, including planning budgets, managing channel mix, measuring incrementality and cohort quality, and delivering forecasts and weekly performance reporting. Lead the Head of Strategy, media buyers, and influencer managers while coordinating with the CMO, E-commerce, and retention teams on product priorities, offers, conversion, and customer outcomes.
